About the Role
You will design and build an agent-facing developer platform, including MCP servers, tools, skills, and APIs. You will evolve the platform as standards change, own service reliability and quality, make architectural decisions, review code and designs, mentor engineers, and partner with product, compliance, risk, and platform stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience owning production systems used by developers
- Experience shipping a developer-facing API, SDK, or platform as a primary contributor
- MCP architecture knowledge, including stateless and stateful behavior
- Experience building to MCP, connector, plugin, or skill standards in production
- Strong API design skills, including schemas, compatibility, and reliable responses
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript
- Willingness to work primarily in Go
- Strong architectural judgment
- Clear communication with engineering, product, compliance, and risk partners
Responsibilities
- Design and build agent-facing developer platforms, MCP servers, tools, skills, and APIs
- Evolve the platform as MCP, connector, plugin, and skill standards change
- Build APIs for trading and account capabilities
- Decide which platform components to render for developers and partners
- Maintain the execution model and translate standards changes into application architecture
- Own production reliability and quality for services
- Mentor engineers and improve design and implementation quality
