About the Role
Build and scale developer infrastructure, optimize Bazel monorepo builds, operate remote build execution, scale reliable CI pipelines, improve developer onboarding, and maintain remote development environments for efficient coding, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining developer infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, or large-scale build systems such as Bazel
- Proficiency in Go or Python
- Experience with distributed or remote build execution systems
- Understanding of containerization and Kubernetes orchestration
- Strong problem-solving skills and focus on developer productivity and engineering workflows
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize monorepo builds using Bazel and own the remote build execution cluster
- Scale CI pipelines for thousands of daily builds and manage GitHub repository configurations, pre-merge checks, and test executions
- Improve developer onboarding and reduce time-to-first-commit
- Provide and maintain remote development environments
- Enable developers to code, test, and deploy with minimal friction
