About the Role

You will design, implement, and maintain SVM smart contracts for production on Solana. You will write, review, and deploy contracts, build monitoring and observability systems, respond to on-chain incidents, collaborate with auditors during security reviews, and optimize low-level SVM code for performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining SVM smart contracts in production with and without Anchor
• Experience working with auditors
• Deep understanding of Solana and low-level SVM concepts
• Demonstrated high agency and willingness to dive into unfamiliar technical and non-technical areas
• Passion for decentralized finance
• Experience with cloud infrastructure preferably AWS
• Experience in quant trading or DeFi

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SVM smart contracts
• Design and implement monitoring and observability systems for smart contracts
• Deploy and operate smart contracts in production
• Collaborate with auditors during security reviews
• Investigate and resolve on-chain incidents and bugs
• Optimize low-level SVM code for performance and reliability
