About the Role
You will improve the reliability, availability, and performance of vehicle software across the development fleet. You will build observability and automation, participate in on-call support, lead incident response, and turn root causes into durable preventative improvements.

Responsibilities
- Improve the reliability, availability, and performance of vehicle software systems
- Participate in the on-call rotation and provide out-of-hours live-system support
- Build and operate monitoring, logging, alerting, and on-call tooling
- Lead incident response and post-incident learning
- Automate fleet operations, deployments, and repetitive workflows
- Define SLOs, reliability metrics, and release readiness with partner teams
- Harden production environments through capacity planning, change management, and reliability reviews
