About the Role
You will own reliability for critical production services, set SLO and incident-response practices, contribute to architecture and design reviews, lead difficult incidents and root-cause work, and build automation that reduces operational toil. You will mentor other SREs and participate in the on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of SRE, systems engineering, or software engineering experience
- Production ownership at scale in a data-centre or cloud environment
- Python, Go, or similar software engineering skills
- Linux, networking, and distributed-systems expertise
- Kubernetes and virtualized or bare-metal environment experience
- AI, GPU, or HPC workload experience, or the ability to develop that depth
- SLO, observability, alerting, incident-process, and on-call experience
- Senior incident and design-review leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Own reliability for critical production services
- Mentor SREs through design reviews, pairing, and incident debriefs
- Set SLO, incident-process, and on-call standards
- Participate in design reviews and architecture decisions
- Lead complex incidents and root-cause analysis
- Build tooling and automation to reduce toil
- Participate in the on-call rotation
