About the Role
You will lead reliability strategy for advanced silicon nodes and packaging technologies from technology selection and design enablement through qualification and manufacturing. You will assess risks, guide sign-off, lead reliability qualification, analyse failures across silicon and packages, use imaging methods to diagnose defects, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong semiconductor reliability experience across silicon, BEOL, interconnect, or advanced package technologies
- Deep understanding of electromigration, TDDB, BTI, and HCI mechanisms
- Hands-on experience with HTOL, thermal cycling, thermal shock, reflow testing, and JEDEC reliability standards
- Ability to use X-ray and CSAM analysis to diagnose package defects
- Strong technical judgement, communication, and ownership across foundries, OSATs, laboratories, and internal teams
