About the Role
You will design, build, validate, and maintain AI-driven automations, internal applications, copilots, and orchestration workflows. You will integrate enterprise platforms, automate security and compliance processes, establish approval safeguards for sensitive actions, contribute to offensive-security work, and measure operational outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
- At least 5 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience
- DevOps experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
- Experience with AI and LLM systems, including LLM APIs, agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, prompt design, and AI-assisted development tools
- Python development skills
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, message queues, databases, and workflow orchestration platforms
- Experience building internal tools, automation workflows, or service integrations
- Knowledge of identity and access management, role-based access control, secrets management, and audit logging
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain AI-driven automations, internal applications, copilots, and workflow orchestration solutions
- Build agentic workflows that retrieve context, reason through tasks, use approved tools, and generate actionable outputs
- Automate security, compliance, and operational processes
- Integrate workflows with ITSM, IAM, SIEM, SOAR, GRC, ticketing, knowledge-management, vulnerability-management, and cloud-security tools
- Develop human-in-the-loop approval patterns for sensitive AI-driven actions
- Create reusable workflow patterns, prompts, templates, and service components
- Identify automation opportunities and translate needs into technical solutions
- Contribute to penetration-testing and red-team efforts
- Measure and report time savings, error reduction, throughput improvement, and risk reduction
- Help define AI security, governance, and compliance guardrails
