About the Role
You will improve the business continuity management framework, develop and test continuity plans, and support disaster recovery planning. You will coordinate business impact assessments, participate in crisis exercises, and work with stakeholders to address resilience requirements.
Requirements
- Four or more years of experience in Business Continuity Management, operational resilience, IT operations, risk management, or a related field
- Understanding of business processes, technology, people, and external dependencies
- Analytical and data-driven approach
- Experience with BCM, Disaster Recovery, crisis management, or DORA is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Improve the Business Continuity Management framework
- Maintain business continuity data, documentation, and reporting
- Develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity Plans
- Support Disaster Recovery planning
- Coordinate Business Impact Assessments
- Participate in crisis management activities, simulations, and exercises
- Collaborate with risk management, auditors, and other stakeholders to improve resilience
