About the Role
You will build and optimize training, inference, data-curation, and preprocessing infrastructure. You will design, train, and evaluate multimodal models and agentic workflows, lead research projects and experiments, apply strong engineering practices, and support open-source releases of models, datasets, APIs, and technical reports.
Requirements
- Eight years of industry experience with four or more years of machine learning infrastructure experience
- Experience with data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, inference, and deployment
- Experience with end-to-end model development, including dataset construction, training, fine-tuning, evaluation, profiling, and monitoring
- Familiarity with language models, mixture-of-experts models, long-context models, and vision-language models
- Experience training and evaluating models
- Knowledge of agentic systems, tools, memory, and long-running workflows
- Software engineering fundamentals for scalable systems and debugging
- Python proficiency
- Proficiency with PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
- Familiarity with GCP, AWS, and Docker
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, statistics, engineering, applied mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Two years of software development experience
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize infrastructure for language model, multimodal, and agentic research
- Develop training and inference pipelines, dataset curation, and large-scale preprocessing
- Design, train, and evaluate multimodal models and agentic workflows
- Scope and lead research projects and prioritize experiments
- Bridge research work to production-quality products
- Support open-source model releases, datasets, public APIs, and technical reports
