About the Role
You will culture, quality-control, and validate 3D neural and glial models. You will execute high-throughput genetic and chemical screens, characterize perturbed cells with cell-based and molecular assays, maintain ELN and LIMS records, coordinate samples, and analyze and present experimental data.
Requirements
- BS with 4+ years or MS with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Human PSC-derived cell type or organoid culture experience
- Experience with complex in vitro co-cultures
- Imaging, flow cytometry, qPCR, proteomics, or transcriptomics readout familiarity
- Aseptic cell-culture technique
- Documentation, data tracking, and analysis skills
- Onsite work five days per week

- Execute culture, quality control, and validation of 3D neural and glial models
- Execute high-throughput chemical and genetic perturbation screens
- Characterize perturbed cells using cell-based assays and molecular biology techniques
- Maintain ELN records and LIMS tracking
- Coordinate screening steps and sample transfer
- Analyze and present experimental data
