About the Role

You will lead testing efforts across web, mobile, and backend systems to ensure high-quality releases. You'll manage and execute comprehensive test strategies covering both manual and automated testing, including API testing with tools like Postman or Swagger and UI testing to validate responsiveness and consistency across platforms. You will develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium or Appium, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins. You'll also mentor junior QA engineers, document test plans and results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality efforts with business and technical goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years in quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
• Proficient in test automation, API testing, and SQL for backend validation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Proven track record of mentoring team members and leading QA efforts.
• Excellent communication skills for working across teams and presenting test results.
• Proficient in QA methodologies and test design techniques.

• Integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for efficient deployment.
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, promoting quality-focused practices.
• Document and manage test plans, risks, and results to track QA progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA efforts with business and technical goals.
• Identify and adopt new tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
