About the Role
You will manage program budgets, costs, schedules, funding controls, and financial reporting. You will prepare analyses and sponsor deliverables, communicate budget and schedule issues, resolve stakeholder concerns, coordinate monthly through annual reporting, and support audits, reviews, and compliance tracking.
Requirements
- BS or BA degree
- Accounting experience
- Experience with SAP, Ariba-SAP, and Business Intelligence
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOE SCI clearance
- Pass pre-placement and ongoing random drug testing
Responsibilities
- Lead program budget, cost, and programming discussions
- Prepare budget and program analyses for management and sponsor reviews
- Prepare sponsor reporting analyses for DoD and Congress
- Ensure funding-control requirements are met
- Inform stakeholders about potential schedule and budget issues
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve stakeholder issues
- Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual federal reporting deliverables
- Ensure accurate and timely submissions
- Support audits, reviews, and compliance tracking
