About the Role
You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Enterprise Technology and AI programs. You will translate strategic objectives into roadmaps, work plans, success metrics, and measurable outcomes. You will align cross-functional stakeholders, facilitate decisions, manage dependencies, communicate status and risks to leadership, and improve governance and operational processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of program management experience delivering large, cross-functional Enterprise Technology and AI programs.
- Ability to simplify complex processes and structure ambiguous problems.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning Finance, Legal, Sales, and Product.
- Ability to operate strategically and execute programs hands-on.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to leadership and executive audiences.
- Familiarity with Enterprise IT domains, including business systems, data, AI, security, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture.
- Proficiency with program and project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.
- Experience in a remote, globally distributed environment with async collaboration and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program management for large-scale Enterprise Technology and AI initiatives.
- Define program success metrics and report status and risks to leadership.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand problems, outcomes, and trade-offs.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, facilitate decisions, resolve dependencies, and maintain momentum.
- Recommend and implement improvements to governance frameworks, intake processes, and ways of working.
- Translate technical and business requirements into actionable work plans.
- Anticipate and mitigate portfolio risks and interdependencies.
- Model remote-work best practices and async-first collaboration.
