About the Role
You will launch a Tap to Phone business line from the ground up, define its product vision and strategy, develop its go-to-market strategy, build its financial model and unit economics, and lead an initial cross-functional team. You will own the full product lifecycle, optimise key performance indicators, manage regulatory collaboration and partner relationships, and report progress and financial performance to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
- Bachelor's degree
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level
- Experience launching and scaling new products or business lines from scratch
- Strong background in fintech, payments, or acquiring
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience using AI tools
- Stakeholder management and communication skills across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Commercial teams
- Analytical and systems-thinking skills
- Track record of delivering successful products and business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Launch a new Tap to Phone business line from the ground up
- Define the product vision and strategy
- Develop the go-to-market and marketing strategy
- Build the product's financial model and unit economics
- Build and lead a cross-functional team
- Leverage existing infrastructure and licenses to accelerate market entry
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle
- Define, track, and optimise key performance indicators
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and manage relationships with OEM partners and key merchants
- Report progress, risks, and financial performance to executive leadership
