About the Role
You will own a critical area of the poker product, defining its strategy, roadmap, objectives, and success metrics. You will use customer insight, data, and commercial judgment to prioritize investments and solve complex player problems. You will lead initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization, coordinating Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and other stakeholders. You will validate problems and solutions, track measurable outcomes, champion experimentation, and present product strategies and business cases to senior leadership. You will also mentor peers and help strengthen product management practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including leading complex customer-facing products.
- Demonstrated success owning product strategy and roadmap for a significant product area or business domain.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business outcomes, and technical constraints.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience driving large-scale initiatives from concept through delivery and optimisation.
- Analytical skills and experience using data for prioritisation and investment decisions.
- Communication and storytelling skills for audiences ranging from engineers to senior executives.
- Experience in fast-paced, highly regulated environments is preferred.
- Experience in gaming, betting, poker, casino, fintech, marketplaces, or consumer technology businesses is advantageous.
- Ability to mentor others and contribute to product culture.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive a significant product area, defining strategy, roadmap, objectives, and success metrics.
- Develop a deep understanding of player needs, behaviours, and motivations.
- Translate strategic objectives into product initiatives that balance customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, prioritisation, delivery, launch, and optimisation of product initiatives.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, manage dependencies, and influence decisions across the organisation.
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and inform roadmap decisions.
- Partner with Design and Research to validate problems and solutions before significant investment.
- Define success metrics and accountability frameworks for measurable outcomes.
- Champion experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and cross-sell.
- Build domain expertise in poker, gaming, customer experience, and industry trends.
- Mentor peers and contribute to product management standards.
- Present product strategies, business cases, and recommendations to senior leadership.
