You will establish and run a structured product discovery process, conduct frequent user interviews, design and launch experiments with clear success criteria, and iterate rapidly using build-measure-learn loops. You will synthesize qualitative insights into actionable engineering work, prioritize outcomes, and ship improvements weekly while navigating ambiguity in a 0-to-1 context.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- At least 2 years of experience in product discovery or 0-to-1
- Proven track record finding product-market fit in ambiguous spaces
- Excellence in user research and synthesis
- Ability to work independently and move fast
- Located in United States or Europe
- Ability to convert user research into actionable engineering work
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building from 0 to 1
Responsibilities
- Implement a structured user research process
- Conduct 20+ user interviews and ongoing user conversations
- Design and run experiments with measurable success criteria
- Iterate using build-measure-learn loops
- Translate user research into actionable engineering tasks
- Ship product improvements weekly
- Develop and validate a clear niche thesis within the onchain trading ecosystem
