About Nomina
Nomina describes itself as the first unified trading terminal for perpetual future DEXs, offering pre-built advanced strategies that let users synchronize the opening and closing of positions across multiple exchanges, automate configuration and unwind of trading strategies, and monitor the health of all positions and profits in one place. The platform targets DeFi power users and onchain traders who run complex, cross-exchange strategies and want to scale volume and points while minimizing execution and risk-management overhead. The company was formerly known as Omni Network and has rebranded to Nomina, migrating its token from $OMNI to $NOM and sunsetting Omni Core with assets moved to Ethereum; it has integrated with multiple perp DEXs, including a recently announced third integration, Extended.
Skills
About the Role
You'll join Nomina as an early team member to establish world-class product discovery practices while identifying and dominating the company's first niche in the onchain trading ecosystem. In your first month you'll implement a structured user research process, complete over 20 user interviews, and work closely with the CEO and CTO to turn feedback into concrete engineering plans. By month two, you'll have your first experiments live with measurable success criteria, run user interviews reverse-shadowed by the CEO, and start running engineering standups, planning, and retros with CTO oversight. By month three, you'll be fully owning user research conversations and engineering planning, running build-measure-learn loops that iterate on the product quickly in response to constant user feedback. Success in this role looks like talking to users daily, shipping improvements weekly, getting engineers excited about your user insights, and establishing a clear thesis on the company's first niche within 90 days.
