About the Role
You will own and evolve the full operational layer of the NOP network. You will define the strategy, drive the roadmap, and deliver the tooling, infrastructure, and standards that let the network scale with high reliability and reduced manual overhead. You will design operational models and automation, ship portals and dashboards that give internal teams and Node Operators the capabilities to move faster, and establish documentation and standards for the broader operator ecosystem. You will engage directly with engineers and external operator communities to influence technical and operational decisions.
Requirements
- Proven end-to-end ownership of infrastructure or operational products
- Demonstrated ability to automate or systematically reduce manual operational workflows at scale
- Experience setting up maintaining and improving operational systems and workflows
- Ability to make pragmatic tooling choices without over-engineering
- Ability to engage as a peer with engineers and interpret technical architecture
- Proven ability to own structured communications to external partners or operator communities
- Experience operating across multiple stakeholder groups
- Track record of influencing and delivering outcomes without direct authority
- Experience navigating ambiguous environments and building structured processes
