About the Role
You will own the product rigor and quality of a custody product. You will work directly with early institutional design partners, turn their needs into product direction, define proof-of-concept exit criteria, write precise specifications, evaluate competitive and threat-model claims, and manage the roadmap, dependencies, timelines, and sequencing.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a product manager for complex software or infrastructure serving technical and skeptical audiences
- Experience with web3, enterprise workflows and policies, and/or financial applications
- Demonstrated analytical rigor, including defining success metrics, decision criteria, and evidence-based product decisions
- Strong program management skills for dependencies, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical institutional stakeholders
- Comfort working in a remote, owner-governed, distributed team
Responsibilities
- Lead design-partner discovery and validation with institutional custodians
- Help establish initial institutional design-partner relationships
- Turn institutional needs into product direction
- Define and apply proof-of-concept exit criteria for features and product directions
- Translate complex systems concepts into precise product specifications
- Pressure-test competitive and threat-model claims
- Maintain the product roadmap
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, timelines, and sequencing
