About the Role
You will own outcomes end to end and translate deep technical capabilities into products that meet institutional requirements. You will immerse yourself in customer workflows, capture motivations and pains, and use this to guide product decisions. You will align roadmaps with sales requests and engineering priorities, and drive measurable outcomes. You will enable sales through tailored collateral, bake control, auditability, and procurement considerations into product decisions, and unblock blockers across teams to deliver institutional grade products.
Responsibilities
- Immerse yourself in customer workflows to understand constraints motivations and pains and use this to guide product decisions
- Synthesize customer learnings with the roadmap sales requests and engineering priorities into a clear sequenced plan
- Own outcomes from identified needs to solutions with real world impact including defining what to build and why and surfacing tradeoffs
- Introduce and own metrics and track iterating based on them
- Support sales by reviewing collateral and joining prospective calls to help close institutional deals
- Bake institutional requirements such as control, permissioning, auditability, performance guarantees, operational clarity, risk and procurement into product decisions from day one
- Identify blockers across technology, sales and marketing and proactively unblock them to maintain momentum
