About the Role
This senior leadership role will shape and execute strategy for deposit accounts, CASA growth, and liability portfolio management across DBS's Global Transaction Services franchise, including Hong Kong deposit portfolio growth, revenue, risk management, and transformational initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Banking.
- At least 10 years of relevant banking experience.
- Liability management and asset-liability management product knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and interact with business partners.
- Ability to influence and impact outcomes.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with proven analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive and confidential issues.

Responsibilities
- Develop and own a multi-year liability strategy aligned with balance sheet, funding, and liquidity objectives.
- Track and analyze portfolio balances, behaviors, attrition, deposit mix, interest rates, and performance.
- Conceptualize regional product ideas based on customer needs and local market requirements.
- Execute growth initiatives including wallet deepening, cross-selling, segmentation, and dynamic pricing.
- Benchmark propositions against competitors and market trends.
- Manage liability balances, FTP, and customer rates.
- Work with Corporate Treasury to optimize the funding mix and support internal FTP frameworks.
- Own the liability portfolio P&L.
- Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management teams.
