About the Role

Own Adyen’s end-to-end offering for global and domestic digital enterprise customers by defining strategic direction, commercializing the offering, leading go-to-market execution, gathering customer insights, influencing product priorities, and enabling commercial teams globally.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience spanning commercial, strategy, and product roles.
  • Payments experience.
  • Customer success experience and comfort owning commercial outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to connect high-level goals with tactical implementation.
  • Cross-functional influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to synthesize global customer feedback and market nuances.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling commercial narratives.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and simplify complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Define the offering value proposition.
  • Package, bundle, and scale the Enterprise Offering across verticals and regions.
  • Anticipate market and regulatory shifts and ensure product readiness.
  • Build customer relationships and gather customer insights.
  • Translate customer feedback into data-driven recommendations.
  • Inform product roadmap priorities and incubate early innovations.
  • Own commercialization, market adoption, and go-to-market execution.
  • Lead product deep-dives and vision-selling with key customers.
  • Enable global commercial teams to position and sell the offering.
