About the Role
You will drive product development from conception to launch, working closely with engineers, designers, marketing, operations, and legal. You will define and prioritize the roadmap, write detailed product requirements, propose implementation plans, run user acceptance testing, analyze product performance and market competition, and iterate to ship scalable, reliable solutions that meet user and regulatory needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent
- Strong engineering background
- Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
- Experience shipping and iterating on software or financial products
- Comprehensive understanding of crypto custody and wallet management
- Ability to navigate complex environments and design scalable solutions
- Strong ownership and ability to work autonomously
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Experience in blockchain preferred
