About the Role
You will manage a key stream of an internal developer platform, reducing software development lifecycle friction, improving build insights and reliability, guiding product maturity and adoption, introducing AI-related developer tooling, enabling team autonomy, and measuring improvements through data-driven feedback loops.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product experience
- Experience in platform engineering, developer experience, or AI-enabled technical products
- Technical credibility in system architecture and CI/CD pipeline constraints
- Change management and developer adoption experience
- Data-driven impact measurement
- Ability to execute and adapt in ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives that reduce software development lifecycle friction
- Reduce continuous integration flakiness and improve build insights
- Transition teams from centralized manual processes to automated golden paths
- Assess toolset maturity and execute necessary deprecations
- Ensure core products have clear adoption paths and value propositions
- Prioritize AGENTS.md standards, internal retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and Model Context Protocol servers
- Build abstractions that enable teams to own their pipelines and release cycles with secure compliant guardrails
- Track adoption and measure software development lifecycle improvements against developer experience and velocity metrics
