About the Role
You will translate business needs into end-to-end data solutions, covering event tracking, data models, metrics, dashboards, launches, and acceptance. You will establish standardized metric systems, promote data-tool adoption and operating procedures, and monitor data quality and governance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data product management or related roles
- Familiarity with event tracking systems, A/B testing frameworks, metric systems, and BI data pipelines
- Ability to translate complex business logic and ambiguous requirements into actionable solutions
- Cross-functional communication, execution, ownership, and project leadership skills
- English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency sufficient for use as working languages
Responsibilities
- Understand business data needs, metric frameworks, and insight opportunities
- Translate business requirements into data requirements and end-to-end solutions
- Design event tracking, data models, metric definitions, and dashboards
- Define and standardize core business metrics and calculation logic
- Drive adoption of data tools and establish operating procedures
- Monitor event tracking and metric stability, consistency, and governance
