About the Role
You will own the self-serve product experience for SMB customers, shaping the squad and roadmap from idea through launch. You will define user problems, partner with design, engineering, and AI researchers, speak with sellers weekly, analyze data, form hypotheses, and measure the impact of shipped work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience launching products with measurable outcomes
- Experience building B2B SaaS for self-serve customers
- Knowledge of self-serve growth, retention, and pricing
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude for prototyping, user testing, or automation
- Ability to pull, interpret, and challenge data
