About the Role
You will define and drive the roadmap for trade processing and settlement modernization. You will work with engineering, architecture, product, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize backlogs, improve workflows, create use cases and acceptance criteria, measure adoption and performance, and support legacy operations while introducing new solutions.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the trade processing and settlement modernization roadmap
- Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders
- Capture requirements and prioritize the backlog
- Analyze and improve end-to-end workflows, data dependencies, and user experiences
- Author and validate use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Use AI analysis tools to accelerate analysis and documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder-alignment sessions
- Monitor and report modernization, adoption, and performance metrics
- Track industry trends and regulatory changes
