About the Role
You will own product design and evolution for on-chain fund movement, allocation, settlement, deposits, and withdrawals. You will improve reliability, scalability, controls, monitoring, automation, operational tooling, and cross-functional delivery with Engineering, Risk, and Compliance.
Requirements
- Experience in internet, cryptocurrency, wallet and custody infrastructure, payments, clearing and settlement, or transaction infrastructure
- Understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and on-chain transactions
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands
- Communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- English proficiency
- Mandarin proficiency
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for on-chain fund movement, allocation, and settlement
- Define fund movement logic and controls for security, traceability, and auditability
- Own infrastructure for on-chain deposits and withdrawals
- Integrate Risk and Compliance controls into deposit and withdrawal flows
- Build operational tools, monitoring, and operating procedures
- Improve automation and issue investigation and resolution
- Partner with Engineering to define requirements and deliver projects
- Monitor post-launch performance and operational health
- Prioritize infrastructure requirements and drive initiatives to completion
