About the Role

You'll join the Expert Research team to help shift the product from presenting transcripts to surfacing insights such as patterns, shifts, contradictions, and outliers. You'll work at the intersection of AI, financial markets, and information architecture, partnering with a team that has the content, customers, and conviction to make this vision real.

Requirements

• Direct experience as a buyside investor or building products for this persona is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience leveraging LLMs, ML models, and AI pipelines to solve complex data and workflow problems
• Comfortable with data analysis and SQL
• Ability to evaluate quality in AI-generated outputs, design experiments, and build measurement frameworks
• Clear and persuasive communication skills to articulate product strategy and tradeoffs
• Ability to adjust and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the buyside customer and run regular user sessions to shape and execute AI product strategies
• Work side-by-side with engineering, design, and product marketing to build, launch, and optimize AI-first solutions
• Collaborate with PMs across AlphaSense to ensure insights are built as a composable, system-wide capability
• Analyze market trends, emerging AI capabilities, and competitor moves to identify opportunities
• Define and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation and experimentation through launch, post-launch analysis, and iteration
• Test tools against real-world investment scenarios to ensure reliability
