About the Role
You will define and execute product strategy for AI platform management, governance, control, and foundational platform services. You will own the AI Control Plane and related services, conduct market analysis, validate customer needs, translate enterprise requirements into product direction, and communicate strategy and roadmap decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Product management experience owning platform or governance products in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience shipping foundational services with downstream integration points.
- Knowledge of enterprise governance, software development lifecycle governance, policy as code, enforcement patterns, and audit trail completeness.
- Fluency in agentic AI concepts, including harnesses, context, tools, MCP, skills, agent identity, registration, and session lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent platforms or providers such as OpenAI, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, or Vertex.
- Working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, SOC 2, and HIPAA.
- Executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and execution for AI Platform Management, focusing on governance, control, and platform services for agentic AI.
- Own the AI Control Plane, including guardrails, configurations, governance policies, and audit evidence for agent activity.
- Own foundational control plane services, including the Flow Execution Engine, Constraint & Policy Store, and Audit Log Service.
- Conduct competitive analysis of AI agent execution platforms, large language model providers, and adjacent alternatives.
- Identify customer problems and monetization opportunities, develop solution concepts, and validate them with field teams and customers.
- Engage enterprise customers in product discovery, research, design partnerships, and feedback loops.
- Translate governance, compliance, and enterprise platform needs into product requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
- Communicate product narrative, strategy, tradeoffs, and roadmap updates to internal leaders and customer stakeholders.
