Skills

About the Role

You will own the full journey of new products and features, from spotting problems worth solving through to launch and iteration. You'll define what to build, why it matters, and how success will be measured, then see it through to completion. You'll work directly with users, support teams, and data to uncover real problems rather than assumed ones. You'll run experiments, define metrics, and be willing to shut down what isn't working. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, understanding architectural trade-offs, reviewing technical approaches, and helping unblock decisions. You'll prototype and validate ideas quickly using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, Copilot, and agents, along with scripts or no-code solutions. You'll identify where AI and LLMs can create real product value and build the case for investing in them. You'll write clear, technical, and opinionated product specs and briefs that engineers actually want to read. You'll stay hands-on, writing queries, digging into data pipelines, spinning up prototypes, and opening pull requests when it makes sense.
