About the Role
You will own product strategy and local growth planning for a region or country, connecting local business needs with global product and engineering execution. You will analyze users, regulations, competitors, cultural factors, and market conditions; own the local product experience across onboarding, deposits, trading, and earn; build feedback loops; improve conversion and retention; develop acquisition channels; and coordinate regional teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 0-to-1 business building and growth experience in an emerging market
- Experience owning user funnels from acquisition through activation and retention
- Experience with CAC, activation rates, D7/D30 retention, LTV, and reactivation
- Strong product management capability
- Experience defining product strategy and success metrics
- Experience prioritizing roadmaps and driving A/B testing
- Proven cross-functional collaboration
- Deep local market knowledge and an established local network
- Consumer product management experience in fintech, crypto, or trading preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Track the local crypto and fintech ecosystem
- Own the local product experience across onboarding, fiat deposit, market analysis, trading, and earn
- Build product feedback loops using behavior data, funnel analysis, and user feedback
- Drive improvements in conversion, retention, and engagement
- Identify, integrate, and scale user acquisition channels
- Leverage local networks to accelerate market entry and growth
- Collaborate with regional BD, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering
