About the Role
Own the end-to-end product design process from problem definition through final delivery. Research and validate user pain points, translate product and business requirements into intuitive solutions, design high-quality web and mobile experiences, create pixel-perfect interfaces, evolve a scalable design system, produce print materials, collaborate across teams, maintain brand consistency, and conduct design QA.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI
- Strong experience designing end-to-end product experiences
- Expertise in UX thinking, user flows, and problem-solving
- High level of UI craft and visual execution
- Strong experience working with and scaling design systems
- Ability to work hands-on while thinking strategically
- Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, cross-timezone environment
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Experience with Web3 or crypto is nice to have
- Experience with motion design and video creation is nice to have
- Experience with illustration or custom visual asset creation is nice to have
- Basic understanding of front-end development is nice to have
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments is nice to have
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product design process from problem definition to final delivery
- Identify and validate user pain points through research, prototyping, and testing
- Translate product and business requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions
- Design high-quality user experiences across web and mobile
- Create pixel-perfect UI with strong attention to layout, typography, and hierarchy
- Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system
- Design and produce print materials such as brochures and event assets
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams
- Ensure consistency across product and brand touchpoints
- Conduct design QA and iterate based on feedback and performance
