About the Role
Join Robinhood’s Design team to shape visual and interaction design across a leading financial product. Build new systems from zero to one, maintain a cohesive design identity, use AI throughout the design process, prototype and explore motion, collaborate cross-functionally, and evolve the design system.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer with a strong visual design portfolio.
- Experience designing consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech or adjacent spaces.
- Experience taking products from concept to launch.
- Active use of AI and LLMs in the design workflow.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to build and maintain scalable design systems.
- Prototyping and motion design skills are a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Use AI to explore problem spaces, surface edge cases, stress-test ideas, and generate early prototypes.
- Drive end-to-end design of key features across products and experiences.
- Create visually compelling, cohesive designs that elevate user experience.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, and Research.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system.
- Help set the standard for design craft and product excellence.
