About the Role

MyPattern, part of Red Cell Partners, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead UX vision, interaction design, visual systems, prototyping, information architecture, user research, and cross-functional product design from concept through launch.

Requirements

  • Online or digital portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design breadth and depth.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, information architecture, or a related role.
  • Enterprise application experience preferred.
  • Fluency in interaction design and user-centered design best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with a bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Solid experience guiding or managing user research and usability testing.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the UX vision for MyPattern's products.
  • Create process flows, information architecture, task flows, wireframes, and interaction models.
  • Design high-fidelity interfaces, prototypes, specifications, guidelines, and pattern libraries.
  • Use market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints, and user research to drive design decisions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing with end users.
  • Collaborate with product management, ML, engineering, marketing, and company leadership.
  • Plan, prioritize, scope, and oversee design initiatives through timely execution.
  • Define and track product design success metrics and use customer feedback to improve designs.
