About the Role
You will manage insights projects for member growth and acquisition. You will use SQL and Python to analyse data, improve marketing performance, develop analytics roadmaps, integrate advertising-platform data, measure campaign outcomes, and present actionable findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an analytics team for a digital product
- Performance marketing experience
- Understanding of digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing, A/B testing, Google Analytics, and Appsflyer
- Knowledge of multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modelling, cohort analysis, and customer lifetime value
- Leadership skills to influence analysts, engineers, and data scientists
- SQL and visualisation-tool skills, including Looker, Tableau, or QlikView
- Storytelling and ability to explain analytical concepts to business users
- Ability to identify relevant metrics and valuable data projects
- Ability to build business relationships that support data-driven decision-making
Responsibilities
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders and senior management
- Use SQL and Python to solve business problems
- Improve performance marketing and growth initiatives through analytics
- Build analytics roadmaps for customer strategy, acquisition efficiency, lifetime value, and budget optimisation
- Integrate data from third-party platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Advise performance-marketing stakeholders on member attribution
- Measure marketing campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs
- Prioritise business cases and refine work items with the business
- Deliver timely, high-quality analytics work
