About the Role
You will plan, develop and debug bare-metal validation tests before and after first silicon. You will build Python automation and regression suites, analyse failures, improve validation methods, contribute shared infrastructure and provide technical guidance.

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop and debug bare-metal C/C++ silicon-validation tests on FPGA and emulators
- Deploy and debug validation tests on first silicon
- Develop Python automated test frameworks and regression suites
- Collaborate with engineers across disciplines
- Implement validation-test best practices and process improvements
- Analyse test results and debug failures and defects
- Contribute to shared test and validation infrastructure
- Provide feedback to architects
- Lead, mentor and provide technical guidance to engineering colleagues
