About the Role
You will own and operate DNS infrastructure, evolve the DNS API, resolve complex DNS and network incidents, and automate platform services. You will improve observability, reliability, and integrations across DNS, networking, and monitoring systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of platform, infrastructure, or systems engineering experience
- Experience with recursive and authoritative DNS, DNSSEC, zone management, and troubleshooting
- Linux systems engineering and networking expertise
- API or automation development experience with PHP, Go, or Rust
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools
Responsibilities
- Own and operate DNS infrastructure
- Maintain and evolve the PHP-based DNS API
- Diagnose and resolve DNS and network incidents
- Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Collaborate on BGP route reflectors and platform tooling
- Improve service observability using Grafana, Loki, and Mimir
