About the Role
You will lead equipment and facilities maintenance at a manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot and repair industrial systems, implement preventive maintenance, maintain schedules and documentation, manage maintenance projects and vendors, train personnel, support production teams, and uphold OSHA, ISO, and workplace safety requirements.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and manuals
- Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting with a multimeter
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience training and mentoring junior team members
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push, pull, or carry objects
- Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment and facilities
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance system
- Ensure adherence to OSHA and other regulatory codes
- Maintain ISO documentation
- Maintain maintenance schedules and records
- Manage maintenance projects according to time, safety, and resource requirements
- Train personnel on maintenance procedures
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime
- Manage vendor interactions
