About the Role
Perform hands-on performance benchmarking and system tuning across compute operations, analyze system behavior, identify bottlenecks, optimize the Linux kernel, write high-performance infrastructure code, tune data-plane performance, troubleshoot complex system issues, collaborate across engineering teams, and document technical best practices.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Linux system internals and kernel-level programming
- Expert-level skills in Go, C, and C++
- Experience with Rust is an asset
- Track record of hands-on performance tuning, benchmarking, and optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Experience or exposure to the AI and cloud ecosystem
- Experience with high-scale cloud or infrastructure engineering environments
- Experience with low-level performance analysis and tracing tools
