About the Role
You will provide inbound or outbound telephone and non-phone service to internal and external customers on trade, cash, and corporate banking products. You will understand customer needs, provide solutions and advice, record and coordinate query resolution, identify trends from feedback, and support ad-hoc projects and issue analysis.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma
- Experience serving trade, cash, or corporate banking customers
- Telephone, listening, and communication skills
- Spoken and written English and Chinese
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of Finacle
Responsibilities
- Deliver inbound or outbound service through telephone and non-phone channels
- Support customers on trade, cash, and corporate banking products
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide advisory service and customer insight
- Collect customer feedback and identify problem trends
