About the Role
You will design, build, test, and maintain iOS applications and SDKs. You will shape mobile architecture and interfaces, collaborate through release, use AI-enabled development tools responsibly, and ensure applications are secure, reliable, accessible, and compatible across supported devices and iOS versions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of application-development experience, including substantial iOS development with Swift and Xcode.
- Experience in mobile system design, object-oriented design, design patterns, multithreading, and application architecture.
- Deep understanding of iOS frameworks, view and application lifecycles, object lifetimes, and concurrency.
- UI engineering experience with UIKit and SwiftUI.
- Experience integrating HTTP, JSON, and RESTful web services.
- Working knowledge of Objective-C.
- Ability to build resilient experiences across iOS versions and devices.
- Clear written and spoken English communication.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain iOS applications and SDKs.
- Shape mobile architecture, object-oriented design, design patterns, concurrency, threading, and lifecycle management.
- Create interfaces and interactions with UIKit and SwiftUI.
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, and engineering partners through release.
- Use AI-enabled development tools while critically reviewing outputs and verifying behavior.
- Contribute to dependable AI-assisted engineering practices within the SDLC.
- Consider security, privacy, performance, reliability, and compatibility across iOS versions and devices.
- Share knowledge and provide constructive feedback.
