About the Role
You will design, implement, and manage enterprise cloud infrastructure across corporate and operational environments. You will administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and Azure Arc; manage infrastructure as code, physical servers, Windows Server, virtualization, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, incident response, automation, documentation, and on-call escalation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on infrastructure experience
- 5+ years focused on Microsoft Azure and M365 administration
- Deep Microsoft 365 tenant administration experience
- Strong Azure infrastructure skills
- Hands-on Azure Arc experience
- Windows Server administration experience
- Infrastructure-as-code proficiency with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM
- PowerShell or Azure CLI scripting experience
- Ability to perform physical server work in a data center
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 services and maintain Entra ID tenant health
- Design and manage Azure virtual machines, networks, storage, and PaaS services
- Implement and administer Azure Arc
- Build and maintain Terraform, Bicep, or ARM infrastructure as code
- Plan, rack, and commission physical server hardware
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, and certificate services
- Manage Hyper-V and VMware virtualized workloads
- Own monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and incident response
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Drive infrastructure automation
- Maintain architecture and runbook documentation
- Mentor junior IT Infrastructure team members
