About the Role
You will build media plans across channels categories and geographies and present defensible recommendations. You will forecast spend and outcomes pace budgets lead measurement efforts reconcile media spending manage financial close activities investigate market opportunities and maintain reporting and analytics infrastructure.
Requirements
- 6 or more years in media planning marketing analytics or growth strategy
- Fluency across paid search social programmatic video audio and offline channels
- Strong quantitative skills in forecasting and scenario modeling
- Strong SQL and BI tooling experience
- Experience with mix modeling incrementality testing and geographic experiments
- Financial reconciliation accrual and monthly close experience
- Ability to turn complex analysis into executive recommendations
- Experience with trading fintech or event-driven demand businesses is a plus
- Experience building mix modeling in-house or managing a measurement vendor is a plus
- Python or R experience is a plus
- Marketing P&L experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build media plans across channels categories and geographies
- Own forecasting scenario models and performance assumptions
- Pace spend against approved allocations
- Lead mix modeling incrementality testing and geographic experiments
- Reconcile media spending with invoices agency billing and the finance ledger
- Manage accruals credits make-goods and discrepancy resolution
- Identify auction inventory seasonality and competitive opportunities
- Build dashboards metric definitions and reporting infrastructure
