About the Role

You will own manufacturing performance for advanced AI compute systems in volume production. You will connect product design, testing, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing execution; manage partner engineering relationships; resolve manufacturing issues; and improve yield, quality, and manufacturability.

Requirements

Strong fault diagnosis, problem solving and failure analysis skills
Experience with ICT to SMT debug
Thorough understanding of PCB assembly processes
Understanding of lean manufacturing methodologies
Working knowledge of L10 mechanical design and system build
Ability to connect silicon, package and PCB interactions into DfM feedback
Experience with SPC and DOE
Strong English communication skills

Responsibilities

Connect product design, test, quality and supply chain with manufacturing execution
Support volume production across PCB assembly and L10 system build partners
Improve yield, quality and manufacturability
Link manufacturing process performance to product metrics
Manage partner engineering relationships
Resolve manufacturing issues
Drive continuous improvement
Shape DfM feedback
Define production data requirements
Evaluate next-generation manufacturing technologies
