About the Role
You will connect product design, test, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing execution across PCB assembly and L10 system-build partners. You will improve yield, quality, and manufacturability; resolve manufacturing issues; manage engineering partner relationships; and provide DfM feedback and production-data requirements.
Requirements
- Fault diagnosis, problem-solving, and failure-analysis skills, including ICT-to-SMT debug
- Understanding of SMT assembly processes and lean manufacturing methodologies
- Experience with statistical analysis tools including JMP, SQL, and Python
- Ability to connect silicon, package, and PCB interactions into DfM feedback
- Experience with Six Sigma continuous-improvement methods including SPC and DOE
- Fluency in Mandarin and strong English communication skills
- Legal right to work in Taiwan
Responsibilities
- Support volume production across PCB assembly and L10 system-build partners
- Improve product yield, quality, and manufacturability
- Manage partner engineering relationships
- Resolve manufacturing issues and drive continuous improvement
- Provide DfM feedback, production-data requirements, and input on manufacturing technologies
