About the Role
You will design and develop mechanical systems for AI accelerators, NPU cards, servers, and rack systems. You will create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings in PTC Creo; integrate PCB assemblies and server chassis; optimize designs with partner teams; validate prototypes; address production issues; and design for manufacturing.

- Mechanical design and product-development experience of five years or less

Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems for AI accelerators, NPU cards, servers, and rack systems
- Design mechanical components and structures for electronic hardware products
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using PTC Creo
- Collaborate to optimize product design, performance, and manufacturability
- Review mechanical integration, interference, and tolerances for PCB assemblies, PCIe cards, and server chassis
- Build and validate EVT, DVT, and PVT prototypes and address mass-production issues
- Design for CNC machining, sheet metal, die casting, and injection molding
