About the Role
You will build revenue and expense forecasting models, design quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows, and establish financial controls. You will lead operating cadences, support planning systems and annual budgeting, automate processes, and ultimately own a product-line P&L.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience
- Knowledge of quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes
- Experience designing and implementing processes and models from scratch
- Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Build revenue forecasting models connecting pipeline to recognized revenue
- Establish auditable quote-to-cash controls and system workflows
- Design and implement procure-to-pay processes
- Implement spend-approval frameworks with Legal, Accounting, and business owners
- Build operating-expense forecasting and accrual processes
- Support financial planning tool and system implementation
- Create actuals reviews, variance analysis, and reforecast processes
- Support annual operating planning and budgeting
- Identify bottlenecks and automate manual work
- Own product-line revenue, gross margin, and operating expense
