About the Role
You will partner with commerce go-to-market leaders on financial decisions and long-term strategy. You will lead planning, forecasting, performance management, financial modeling, investment evaluation, and decision-ready reporting. You will also develop finance team members while contributing directly to high-impact analysis.
Requirements
- 8+ years of strategic finance, FP&A, go-to-market finance, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical experience
- Sales, marketing, partnerships, revenue operations, or commercial-partnership experience
- Financial planning, performance analysis, forecasting, resource allocation, scenario analysis, and investment-return modeling
- SQL
- Python
- Analysis of complex models and large datasets
- AI analysis, insight generation, process automation, and improvement
- 2+ years of people-management experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with commerce go-to-market leaders on financial decisions and strategy
- Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and performance management
- Build driver-based financial forecasts
- Evaluate investments using business cases, scenario analysis, and return-on-investment frameworks
- Prepare decision-ready materials for senior leaders
- Lead and develop finance team members
- Deliver high-impact financial analyses and deliverables
