About the Role
You will develop and lead enterprise environmental, health, safety, emergency preparedness, business continuity, and security programs. You will oversee compliance, audits, reporting, policies, risk reduction, and cross-functional governance while leading the EH&S function.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive EH&S experience
- Corporate EH&S program or compliance leadership
- EH&S policy, governance, and compliance program development
- OSHA

- CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar certification

Responsibilities
- Design and lead the corporate EH&S governance program
- Develop enterprise EH&S policies, standards, and management systems
- Own EH&S compliance, regulatory reporting, audits, documentation, and agency relationships
- Establish governance metrics and executive reporting
- Administer company-wide EH&S programs and compliance initiatives
- Lead emergency preparedness, business continuity planning, and corporate security oversight
- Analyze compliance trends, incidents, and audit findings
- Lead and develop the EH&S team
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations
